GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • I forgot my password/login ID/server. What can I do? Did I lose my account/progress? Should I go crazy?

  • No, please don’t go crazy! We will help you recover your account, but we will need your help. Here’s what you need to do:
    Please send all the info on your account together with any receipts of purchases in game, as well as:

Game ID, game name, server you play on and VIP level to: db@gfunfun.com

Also, make a new account on the same server to allow the devs to transfer your data from your old account to the new. Send a screenshot of the new account ID, along with the rest of the information. You can find the game ID by clicking in game in the top left Avatar to open the game info page.

If you can’t remember your server, our developers can still find this information based on your purchase order number from the email confirmation of your purchase. A screenshot of your Google or Apple store purchases is not enough, we need the actual purchase order number of the purchase.

  • Hey! I made a purchase, but the diamonds don’t show up on my account! Are you trying to be funny?
    No, of course not! We’re so sorry this happened to you!

Also send the screenshot of your purchase order with order number as an attachment in that mail and explain what happened.

Our developers will track the payment and fix this issue for you.

  • Ewww! I found a bug in the game! It looks like it has 8 legs! Should I squash it?

  • No! Don’t squash it, it’s not that kind of bug and no legs are involved! We will be happy to fix this for you, but we would need your help to dispatch our bug control unit to the scene. Please send us an email to: db@gfunfun.com
    Send us screenshots or even video recordings of the bug in the game, together with your:
    Game name, game ID, server and VIP level. We will investigate the bug and remove it as soon as possible. We appreciate your help to make our game as bug free as possible! Thank you!
  • I have an issue with my game. Do you have support available to help me? What do I do? Where do I go? Who should I call?

  • Please don’t throw your phone against the wall, you will probably break the screen, or worse. Please come to our official Facebook Page: “Dragon Fighter” and start a live chat with us. We are not technical support, but we have multiple GMs available around the clock, who are familiar with possible causes for this login issue to occur and are happy to try and help you solve it.   • I sent you and email, but you haven’t replied to me yet! Are you avoiding me?

  • Our developers are currently being trained by Master Roshi to gain the first level of super speed. But because the training is very intense, they need to sleep also to recover their power levels again. Please be patient with them, they will reply as soon as they can!
